South Beach Cabana Down | Private Patio | Pool | Steps from the Beach

Great location and vacation spot. Positive: Location from the beach. The close proximity to places to eat at. The unit was very clean and "welcoming" Negative: The unit was located next to a busy 2-way road. That area is so built up that the roads are very busy during the day and early evening. There were lots of road noise, especially during the weekend when lots of people drove into the area, but that is expected. Because there are no sidewalks, walking along the roadside made it challenging enough that I ended going down the side roads instead. The neighbors in the upper unit were pretty noisy. It sounded like they were constantly moving furniture/chairs around and several times, it sounded like they were lifting and dropping furniture and banging it around.

My family and I had an awesome vacation! Positive: I loved that the property was located right across from the beach with a private access! Negative: I really don’t have any complaints but if I had to state one, it would be the slow drain in the bathtub. It took a while for the water to drain out after a shower/bath.

Great vacation spot to jump around the island for my birthday weekend. Definitely will return! Positive: Beach access right across the street was very convenient. Negative: Nothing at all.

Lovely house and location. Very clean Only complaint is there was a very strong Clorox smell in the house.
